Camfil



Camfil is a world-leading manufacturer of premium clean air solutions with over 5,200 employees around the world. In 2016, Camfil decided to change supplier of their global employee survey. The company wanted to improve the digital data collection and simplify the delivery of the results. Another key requirement was the need for consulting support to continuously develop the format to measure employee engagement.


In addition to being able to conduct an employee survey that was specifically adapted to Camfil's leadership model, it was important to be able to address employees in multiple languages, with multiple collection methods and to ensure fast and accurate delivery of the employee survey results.


Solution


Together with Camfil, 3S created a tailor-made employee survey concept, CAMPAIR.

  • The survey is distributed online, via e-mail to those who have emails, and via terminals in the factories.

  • It is conducted in about 30 countries in 18 languages.

  • In addition to traditional reports and graphs, custom 4-field graphs were created to follow Camfil’s leadership model

  • The report database is adapted so that each manager can receive his reports in any language

  • All reports are distributed via the 3S portal “Live Results”

  • 3S conducts performance analysis and presents conclusions to the Camfil management team

  • The CAMPAIR results are translated into concrete action programs for each manager and team. This is ensured through 3S’ Activity planning Module, where HR and higher management can track the progress of the development work


Outcome / value

We are very happy with the leadership model that 3S helped develop. Our leadership requirements that the model is based on, are evaluated both in the annual performance reviews and CAMPAIR.”
